Add minced garlic and sausage, breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and mix well, then combine with the cooked pasta.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and transfer the pasta and sausage mixture into a baking dish.
Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
