  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado diced

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions, usually adding water and simmering.
