  1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. While the skillet is heating, cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Cook the steak bites until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

  7. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and thyme.
  8. Once the butter is fully melted, return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat.
