Ingredients
Method
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- While the skillet is heating, cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet, followed by the steak bites in a single layer.
- Cook the steak bites until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest briefly on a plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and thyme.
- Once the butter is fully melted, return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat.
Notes
These steak bites are best enjoyed fresh off the skillet. If you refrigerate leftovers, simply reheat them gently to maintain their tenderness and flavor.
