- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, scraping the bottom of the pot to incorporate those flavor bits.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped chicken and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts and the chicken is heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with more Parmesan if desired.

For best results, serve immediately. If you have leftovers, reheat gently on the stove with a splash of cream to regain its luscious texture.
